Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep. Prepaid orders are given priority.
  • Notification: Tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp message.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping is FREE across India. A fee of Rs 45 is charged for Cash-On-Delivery orders as a cash handling fee.

 

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
  • Notification: Tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID. Note that some orders using may not show tracking numbers until delivery.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are based on your location and the total weight of the order. The final shipping price will be displayed before placing the order, and you will have the option to modify or cancel the order before confirming.

Back Orders & Partial Delivery

  • Stock Fluctuations: Inventory fluctuates hourly, and an item indicated as "in stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait.
  • Partial Delivery: If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order at no additional shipping and handling charge.
